These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 12andus Astrology app ("App") available through ChatGPT, operated by 12andus Pte. Ltd. ("12andus", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

The 12andus Astrology App provides astrological readings through ChatGPT, including:

• Birth chart analysis
• Transit forecasts
• Relationship compatibility readings
• Storage and management of birth chart data

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account and Authentication

The App uses Google Sign-In for authentication. By signing in, you:

• Authorize us to receive your email address and display name from Google
• Agree to maintain the security of your Google account
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We do not have access to your Google password.

4. User Data and Birth Charts

You may save birth chart data (names, birth dates, times, and locations) to your account. This may include data for yourself, friends, family, partners, or public figures. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the data you provide.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use automated tools to excessively access the service
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the readings
• Use the App to make decisions that could harm yourself or others

6. Third-Party Platform

This App operates through OpenAI's ChatGPT platform. Your use of ChatGPT is governed by OpenAI's terms of service and privacy policy. We are not responsible for:

• ChatGPT's availability or performance
• How ChatGPT processes or displays our data
• OpenAI's data practices
• Changes to ChatGPT's features or policies

7. Intellectual Property

The astrological calculations, interpretations, and App design are owned by 12andus or our licensors. You may use readings for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Astrological readings will be accurate or suitable for any purpose
• The App will meet your expectations

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 12ANDUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Decisions made based on astrological readings
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Unauthorized access to your data

Our total liability shall not exceed $100 USD.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 12andus from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, you may request deletion of your data by contacting support@12andus.com.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
