12andus is an informative astrological service with a social part. Astrology is not a science and any information you get from 12andus is meant to be for information purposes and entertainment. 12andus is not meant to counsel, advice, direct, recommend, judge, forecast, evaluate you or any other person you might be curious to know about through our astrological reports. In no way 12andus substitutes professional psychological, medical, or counselling consultancy. We aren't responsible for any unfulfilled expectation you might have regarding our site, nor for any choice or action you might make based on any information you read or produce on 12andus or according to your experience as a 12andus user.
12andus offers interactive features, including but not limited to astrological initiations ("Wheel of Becoming"), AI-powered readings, and personalized reflections. These features are designed for entertainment, education, and personal exploration only. They are not therapy, counseling, medical advice, or a substitute for professional psychological, psychiatric, or medical care.

To access our services you need to create an account including a username and password. You should keep your password private and you should not authorise others to access 12andus with your credentials. We suggest you to use a strong password with numbers, letters and special characters.
12andus is for people 16 years old and older. Please don't register if you are less than 16 years old.
We also offer a 12andus mobile application. These terms, and our Privacy Policy, apply to it in the same way they apply to the website. Purchases made inside the application are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms, including their own refund rules.
We send you service messages you cannot turn off while you hold an account — things like password resets, receipts and security notices — because they are part of running your account. Everything else, including notifications about other members' activity and any marketing email, you control from the "Notifications" page linked in your Settings, or with the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. How we treat those choices is described in our Privacy Policy.
You may subscribe to Premium membership to enjoy more features and services from 12andus. We use third-party payment services to bill your membership — currently Stripe and PayPal on the website, and the Apple App Store or Google Play inside the mobile application. You give permission to 12andus to charge you, including any commission, tax or fees associated with the payment transaction. Your Premium membership is personal and is not to be shared with anybody else. You can cancel at any time on the Subscription page at https://12andus.com/subscriptions, also linked from your Settings page.
12andus provides comprehensive PDF reports for various types of astrological readings, ranging from 80 to over 330 pages. The content of our reports is copyrighted by our company, Apogeeks Pte. Ltd. (Singapore), and is intended for personal use only. Resale of these reports is strictly prohibited. If you encounter any issue with our reports or services, please contact our support team via the "Contact" page linked at the bottom of every page — we would rather hear about a problem than have you sit with it.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase made at a distance. How that applies here depends on what you bought.
None of the above limits your statutory rights if something we sold you is faulty, not as described, or never arrived. In those cases write to us and we will put it right.
12andus member's data is regarded as confidential and is not divulged to third parties, except to the service providers who process it on our behalf, where we are legally required to do so, or in the one case described next.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. There is a single case in which we pass it to someone else for their own marketing: if you ask for a free reading through a partner's page or QR code and tick the optional box on that form, your name and email address are passed to that partner. 12andus services are intended for 12andus members only. You should not distribute, reproduce or resell our services. We cannot guarantee that our site will always be available or work as expected.12andus doesn't have any responsibility for the deletion of your content or for the failure to access your data.
The content you produce or submit to 12andus should not be copyrighted, a trade secret or anything that could breach any person's or company's rights. You should be the owner of the pictures you upload to 12andus, including your profile pictures. You should not promote other websites, advertise any product, spam other members with messages or spam with messages on the public areas. You should not introduce viruses, trojans, or any malicious code. You should not use robots or spiders to retrieve 12andus content. Nor you should reverse engineer our service in order to reproduce it. You should not post offensive, racially or religiously offensive, obscene, or illegal content. You should not produce anything that is against the law or any person's rights. We do our best to monitor the content for any unlawful, improper or harmful content to the person or to a computer equipment. However, we cannot guarantee that you won't be exposed so such unlawful, improper or harmful content. 12andus is not responsible for any harm, damage, or loss that anybody might claim as a consequence to your access and use of 12andus. We also recommend you to report any of such content to us. We have the right to remove any content we consider as inappropriate or harmful and to terminate any user account if we found that any of the above rules are violated.
The content you produce or submit to 12andus is your copyright and you keep the rights, but you grant 12andus a non-exclusive, free of royalties, permanent, worldwide license to copy, distribute, produce derivative works of your content in any present of future medium, even for commercial purposes. When you register as a member, you agree that searches might be performed by other users on your gender, age range, location, astrological planetary or Ascendant positions.
If you set your profile as a "social" member, you agree that other users might send you a message in your 12andus' private mailbox. You also agree that other users might send you friendship requests, which you can accept or ignore. However, if you set your profile as a "non-social" member, no other member can send you messages on your 12andus' private mailbox and no one can ask for your friendship.
The information on this web site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 12andus:
Excludes all representations and warranties relating to this website and its contents or which is or may be provided by any affiliates or any other third party, including in relation to any inaccuracies or omissions in this website and/or 12andus' literature; andExcludes all liability for damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website. The Company does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best ability. 12andus may, for any reason, suspend your access to 12andus, terminate your account or your premium membership, and/or remove any of the information you set on 12andus. By using this service you thereby indemnify this Company, its employees, agents and affiliates against any loss or damage, in whatever manner, howsoever caused.
Redistribution, republication or reselling of any part of this site or its content is prohibited, including such by framing or other similar or any other means, without the express written consent 12andus.

Any Party affected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavours to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.
Failure of either Party to insist upon strict performance of any provision of this or any Agreement or the failure of either Party to exercise any right or remedy to which it, he or they are entitled hereunder shall not constitute a waiver thereof and shall not cause a diminution of the obligations under this or any Agreement. No waiver of any of the provisions of this or any Agreement shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be such and signed by both Parties.
The laws of Singapore govern these terms and conditions. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings before the courts of that country. If any of these terms are deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason (including, but not limited to the exclusions and limitations set out above), then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be severed from these terms and the remaining terms will continue to apply.
