As the Sun makes its annual transit through Capricorn and illuminates the 12th house of your natal chart, you may feel a subtle shift towards introspection and reflection. This is a time when the bustle of your external life might take a back seat to the inner workings of your mind and spirit. You're being called to look inward, and you may find that solitude becomes more appealing. During this period, your dreams and your subconscious could become powerful sources of insight, offering guidance through symbols and emotions that might not be as accessible at other times.

The 12th house is traditionally associated with endings, healing, and the release of karmic debts. As the Sun transits this secluded part of your chart, you have a unique opportunity to confront and let go of past issues that have been hindering your growth. This might manifest as a desire to forgive, understand, and move beyond old wounds. It's a favorable time for therapeutic practices, be they through professional counseling, meditative self-reflection, or spiritual pursuits. Recognize that the quiet work you do now is setting the foundation for the personal revelations and transformations to come.

You may also feel inclined to engage in charitable acts or to help others without seeking recognition. The 12th house is connected to selfless service, and under the Sun's influence, you'll find that these experiences enrich your soul immeasurably. It's not about public accolades but the pure satisfaction that comes from contributing to the greater good. Trust that these good deeds are nurturing your spiritual evolution, even if their impact is not immediately evident.

This transit is a gentle reminder that taking time to disconnect from the material world and connect with your inner self is not just a luxury, but a necessity for your well-being. Use this period to recharge, reflect, and ready yourself for the Sun's eventual move into your 1st house, where you'll reemerge with newfound clarity and strength. The work you do in the quiet of the 12th house is preparing you for a powerful rebirth.
