You're a natural leader, with the courage and determination of Aries driving your ambitions. However, your Cancer Midheaven pulls you towards a career that provides emotional satisfaction and security. You may find yourself torn between the desire for personal achievement and the need for emotional fulfillment in your career. This tension can lead to conflict and frustration, but it can also spur you on to find a career that satisfies both your need for personal accomplishment and emotional security.
