With Eros in Gemini, your erotic nature is characterized by curiosity and a lively intellect. You are drawn to partners who stimulate your mind and with whom you can engage in witty banter. On the other hand, your Midheaven in Scorpio suggests a professional life driven by intense focus, the desire to delve deep, and a knack for transformation. You are likely to excel in careers that involve investigation, research, or healing.

The quincunx between Eros in Gemini and Midheaven in Scorpio creates a fascinating dynamic. It's like trying to mix oil and water, or like a cat trying to play fetch. It just doesn't come naturally. This aspect can lead to a certain level of internal struggle as you attempt to reconcile your light-hearted and intellectual approach to love with your intense and investigative professional persona.

In your professional life, you're like a detective, diving deep into the underbelly of issues, ferreting out secrets, and transforming chaos into order. However, in your love life, you're more of a butterfly, flitting from one idea to another, delighting in intellectual stimulation and communication. This can create a bit of a Jekyll and Hyde situation, where you feel torn between these two very different sides of yourself.

However, remember that quincunxes are all about adjustment. It's like trying to walk a tightrope while juggling flaming torches - tricky, but not impossible. You may find yourself continually adjusting your approach in both love and career to find a balance that works for you.

It's important to remember that you don't have to choose one over the other. You can be both the intellectual lover and the intense professional. It's about learning to integrate these two parts of yourself in a way that feels authentic to you. It might be a bit like trying to teach a cat to fetch, but hey, who says it can't be done?
