What interplay do you notice between external pressures challenging your career aspirations and your approach to professional stability and security?

The transit of Lilith through Taurus squaring your natal Midheaven in Capricorn can be a profoundly transformative period for you, especially in the realm of career and public image. Lilith's energy is often about confronting the areas of our life where we feel suppressed, repressed, or where we may not be living authentically. Taurus is a sign that craves stability and security, particularly in material terms, while Capricorn is ambitious, structured, and status-oriented. The square aspect indicates tension and challenge, urging you to reconcile these energies in pursuit of your professional goals.

During this transit, you might find that your usual approach to career stability and security is being tested. There could be external pressures that seem to undermine your career aspirations or your path to success. These pressures might not be direct confrontations, but rather subtle undercurrents that make you question whether you are truly aligned with your professional image and your long-term goals. You may feel a strong urge to break free from conventional expectations and to pursue something that feels more authentic to you, even if it appears to be less secure or stable in the short term.

Lilith's influence often carries a sense of taboo or of the hidden, and in Taurus, this could manifest as a challenge to your values and what you are willing to accept or strive for in your career. You might experience a push to reassess your relationship with money, possessions, and your sense of self-worth in relation to your career achievements. It's a time to examine whether your drive for security is in harmony with your inner values and whether your professional life reflects who you truly want to be.

This period may also bring up issues of power and control within your career. Since the Midheaven represents our public face and our aspirations, the square from Lilith could surface feelings of being undervalued or not being able to fully express your authority or capabilities. The challenge here is to find a balance between maintaining the necessary structure and ambition provided by Capricorn, while also allowing the transformative energy of Lilith to guide you towards a more authentic expression of your professional self.

Remember that the tension created by this square is not meant to derail you but to serve as a catalyst for growth. It can help you to shed any inauthentic layers in your career and public life, leading you towards a more profound and satisfying expression of your professional identity. Though it may be uncomfortable at times, embracing the lessons of this transit can ultimately lead to a greater sense of empowerment and alignment between your inner self and your outer actions in the world.
