Now, with Mercury transiting in Scorpio and squaring your composite Midheaven in Virgo, it does stir things up, doesn't it? Can't say it's a beach vacation for you two, but who needs a holiday when the cosmos is serving up a hot plate of life lessons?

Churning within Scorpio's depths, your communication style becomes a peppered blend of mysterious, profound, and a pinch of "Who wrote this? Edgar Allan Poe?" Meanwhile, the composite Midheaven in punctilious Virgo is giving side-eye, demanding, "Enough with the drama. Can we just follow the to-do list?"

Many would perceive this square as a tense aspect, resulting in misunderstandings. You know the sort- 'My word, did you really buy 12 goats instead of the 2 we discussed?' 'But.but, you said goats galore!' Yet, struggling with processing the reality of such goat shenanigans, you may forget that this astrological quirk also has sly gifts stashed under its belt.

Mercury's whole 'mysterious Scorpio routine' will challenge you both to dig deeper into your conversations. Gone are the days of 'How's the weather?' replaced by 'What would you do in case of a zombie apocalypse?' Laughter, puzzlement, and treasured understanding shall follow.

Simultaneously, the Midheaven in Virgo, despite Virgo's God-given gift for feeling perpetually anxious, offers grounding from its grounded earth geography. It tells you both, with an under-the-breath-prayer, to remember the essentials. To not lose sight of the practical world in pursuit of life's bigger mysteries. Even while discussing the best strategies for a potential zombie apocalypse.

So, therein lies the challenge and the precious opportunity of this transit. As Scorpio associates with transformation, push past the initial phase of 'lost in translation', and dive into the depths of Scorpio's waters. Who knows what treasure you may find there? Maybe even a pair of matching floaties. And remember, Virgo's Midheaven is always standing by with a towel. Just keep swimming!
