As Mercury sweeps into Sagittarius, it squares off against your composite Chiron in Virgo. Translation? You're in for a cosmic rollercoaster ride of communication and healing that would make even ET phone home.

Mercury in Sagittarius brings a flair for the dramatic, like a reality TV star taking the stage at the Oscars. It can feel like everyone has enlisted in the School of Unfiltered Honesty, yours truly not excluded. Your everyday discourse may feel like you've suddenly stumbled onto a Broadway stage, red curtain, and spotlight included. Expect grand articulations of one's truths and frequent declarations of "freedom of speech" ramping up between you two like a horse race with no finish line, thanks to Sagittarius's zealous approach to communication.

However, squaring your composite Chiron in Virgo, Mercury's furious sprint feels more like an uphill marathon. As the wounded healer, Chiron stirs old wounds and unearths deep-seated insecurities. In the meticulous sign of Virgo, these challenges revolve around feelings of adequacy and self-criticism. A confrontational square suggests that dialogues might sound like therapy sessions on turbo speed - 'emotional baggage', meet 'spring cleaning'.

Now, does this mean it's all doom and gloom? Certainly not. Imagine this transit as your personal crash-course in Communication 101; no textbooks required, hands-on training guaranteed. Use the expansiveness of Sagittarius to vent, admit, confess - let it all out. The healing that follows is akin to popping giant, two-person-sized emotional zits - skin-cringing in the process, satisfying afterward.

Partake in the unexpected humor that Mercury in Sagittarius provides; it's like discovering you have a giant splash of spinach in your tooth - halfway through the day. Also, remind yourselves that these square-induced flare-ups may feel like scathing reviews from Virgoan Chiron, but they effectively draw out the elements that need healing.

What's more exciting than Jenga with past insecurities, right? Embrace the mess, laugh at the chaos, detox and grow. It's astrology's version of spring cleaning - only slightly more intense and with horoscopes thrown in the mix.
