As Mars, the ruling planet of Aries, transitions into Scorpio to form a square with your composite Midheaven in Capricorn, a rather potent period of change is ushered in for both of you. This energy facilitates shifts in your collective professional life and your shared long-term goals. The square forms a challenge; a need for transformation in the way you engage the outside world. It's a drive to dismantle and rebuild.

Scorpio energy infuses Mars with an extra layer of intensity, enabling it to cut through any falseness or illusion swiftly. This phase may drive you to scrutinize your joint path; it's an invitation to reinvent, adapt and hone your joint ambition. The inherent depth of Scorpio may agitate latent disagreements concerning career paths and goals, making this transit a critical period to harness clear communication and compromise.

Capricorn's staunch dedication to authority and hierarchy might come into conflict with Scorpio's desire for autonomy. Your professional interactions could therefore become a rub, demanding deliberate adjustment. This needn't be a threat; rather it's a call to navigate the nuances of your shared ambition, balancing authority and autonomy.

Mars in Scorpio can tickle the underbelly of your collective fears and buried disagreements. It's pertinent to confront these stirrings bravely and adopt a solution-oriented mindset, fostering a stronger bond. Understanding is bound to come through conflict here. The need for control, deeply embedded in both Mars's and Capricorn's symbolic ethos, may be amplified. It is, however, the art of shared control which will ease this transit's tension.

Amid all these shifts, it's vital not to lose sight of the shared goals that bind you. Remember to restructure rather than destruct during this phase. The lunar storms may be robust, but they bring about a breath of fresh air, offering you room to grow and shape your shared dreams more authentically and personally. The essence of this transit is to mould your collective ambitions towards a path that resonates profoundly with both of you.
