Mission

Astrology is neither an exact science nor is it deterministic. However, through astrology, we can gain deep self-knowledge. Astrology can uncover aspects of ourselves that might be difficult for us to see through other means. Astrology is the reverberation on the inner plane of the outer planets.

We created 12andus to help people reveal their unique astrological birth qualities and how they match with others. Every relationship, just like every individual person, is a unique constellation of compatibilities and qualities.

We can match another person on many levels: romantic, friendship, business, and spiritual. When we are with a certain person, our connection becomes almost like an independent entity with its own traits. With different people, we may feel practical, affectionate, artistic, sensual, and adventurous, or we may feel lazy, superficial, and argumentative.

12andus will show you the harmonious and challenging qualities that exist between any two people. In addition to individual birth reports and relationship reports, we offer forecasts and relationship forecasts.

Another aspect of 12andus' mission is to collect surveys and big data to statistically demonstrate that astrology works. Research and discovery are our ultimate goals.

12andus' creator, book publisher and software programmer with a lifelong passion for astrology.

Biography

Complementing my professional accomplishments in information processing and astrology, my interests in consciousness processing has led me to different path toward self-understanding as meditation, work on chakras, rebirthing, tantra, massage.

At 21 years old, I developed one of the first astrological software programs with a number of innovative features such as the ability to search for the individual dominant planets in a chart. My interest in astrology quietly developed for thirty more years while I was working as a book publisher (I founded the Apogeo and Urra publishing imprints in Italy).

My most recent book is The Digitally Divided Self: Relinquishing our Awareness to the Internet, which has been praised by the most representative technology and media thinkers. Intersecting media studies, psychology and spirituality, The Digitally Divided Self exposes the nature of the malleable mind and explores the spiritual and philosophical influences which leave it obsessed with the incessant flow of information.

I share my perspective on the intersection of media studies, psychology and spirituality on indranet.org and I'm part of the Italian Club of Budapest’s science committee. Since 2003 I manage an Italian blog about spirituality, psychology, sexuality and society at innernet.it.
